Gingerbread Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. salt
2 1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
-
Sift together twice, all ingredients except shortening.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients with 2 knives or a pastry blender until mixture resembles cornmeal.
