Marinated Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. bow-tie pasta (uncooked)
    4 c. water
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 small onion, thin sliced
    3 Tbsp. pitted small ripe olives, halved
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine pasta and water in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High 16 to 18 minutes or until pasta is tender; drain.
    Rinse with cold water and drain well.
    Combine pasta, tomato and next 9 ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Makes about 4 (1 cup) servings.
