Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in milk and cheese; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth.
    Stir in sour cream and macaroni; heat thoroughly.
    Serve immediately.
