Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. Italian sausage
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    1 or 2 eggs
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown sausage with onion.
    Layer in baking dish: browned meat, tomato sauce and cheese.
    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
    Pour over top of layered mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top will brown.
