Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 onion, cut up
    1/2 bell pepper, cut up
    1 can beef broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    lemon pepper
    oil
    flour
Preparation
    Season pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper. Flour lightly and fry until brown on both sides.
    Then saute onion and bell pepper in grease.
    Lay pork chops in baking dish.
    Cover with rice.
    Mix broth, soup, onion and pepper together.
    Pour in 1/2 cup water.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture over top of pork chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
