Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together the first 6 ingredients.
    Make a well and add eggs, oil and water.
    Beat well, then add carrots and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
