Deviled Egg Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely chopped
1 tsp. finely minced onion
4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled fine
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely shredded Cheddar or finely chopped parsley and chives
Preparation

In a small bowl mix eggs, onion, bacon, mustard and mayonnaise.
Mix until creamy.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Roll in cheese or parsley-chives.
Arrange on plate.
Garnish with parsley sprigs, cherry tomato halves and or radish roses.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
