Cinnamon Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

5 lb. flour (self-rising)
2 c. cinnamon powder
2 c. sugar
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

When making tortillas, follow instructions on the package of flour.
Roll tortilla dough thin (round). Using a large deep frying pan, pour the cooking oil into pan and heat cooking oil to a boil on low fire.
Put flat rolled out tortilla into the hot cooking oil slowly until it has a nice brown color and with tongs, flip the tortilla.
