Erika'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 (8 oz.) cream-style corn
    1 med. onion, finely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. Mazola oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together. Spray pan with Pam lightly. Makes 12 muffins or 9 X 9 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes (don't over cook).
