Cohasset Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 (14 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. capers
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. paprika or more
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    2 1/2 c. lobster meat, cooked and flaked
    1 pt. bay scallops or cut sea scallops, cooked
    1 lb. flounder filet, cooked and flaked
    1/2 lb. crabmeat, cooked and flaked
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    dash of paprika for garnish
Preparation
    When we lived in this small fishing village, seafood was an inexpensive item, served several times a week and dressed up like this for company.
