The Impossible Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (4 oz.) can flake coconut
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In blender container, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, butter, eggs and vanilla.
    Cover; blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch round or square pan.
    Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Yields 1 cake.
