Crust For Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Roll dough into golf ball sizes and chill for approximately 15 minutes, then roll flat.
Cut out for desired pie sizes.
Delicious and tender.
