Marinated T-Bone Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. W'ham seasoning
    cracked pepper
    4 T-bone steaks (1 1/2-inches thick)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over meat; let stand for 2 hours or more.
    Add damp hickory chips to medium-hot coals.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with small part of unused marinade.
    Turn and cook for 15 to 20 more minutes with grill cover closed.
    Serve with heated unused marinade.
    Serves 4.
