Apple-Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tart apples
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Wash, peel and core apples into small pieces and put in saucepan with orange and lemon juices.
    Cook over low heat until apples are soft.
    Add cinnamon and then mash with a fork.
    Stir cranberries, sugar and ginger into applesauce.
    Cook until cranberries are soft.
    Serve hot or cold.
