Stewed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, pared and diced (small)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large zucchini, pared and diced large
    water
    1 c. lima beans or 1 c. lima butter beans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and potatoes in 2 tablespoons margarine until onions are soft.
    Add zucchini and water to cover.
    Simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender.
    Add lima beans with liquid and 1/4 cup of margarine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4 to 6.
