Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium onions, chopped
    5 ribs celery, chopped
    5 bell peppers, chopped
    5 Tbsp. butter or 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (20 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    salt, pepper and paprika
    1 large hen, cooked and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sauteed in butter
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. small spaghetti, cooked
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 (17 oz.) can English peas
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and peppers in butter until tender.
    Add juice, paste and seasonings and cook down low.
    Add chicken and mushrooms and continue cooking.
    Just before serving, add spaghetti, cheese and peas.
