Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 6 ounces of butterscotch chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
