Mock Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can hominy
1 can chili
1 onion, chopped
2 c. grated Co-Jack cheese

Preparation

Layer ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly. Serves 4.
(May also be microwaved.)
