Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter or oleo
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
3 c. blueberries
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, sugar (1/2 cup), water and blueberries. Cook, while stirring, over medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Cool.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Press 3/4 of mixture into the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mash cream cheese until soft.
Gradually beat in sugar (1 1/2 cups) and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread 1/2 of mixture carefully over the crumbs.
Spread blueberry filling evenly over cheese.
Spread remaining cheese mixture (drop by spoonfuls, then spread to spread evenly).
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill overnight.
