Icebox Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13-oz) pkg cracker barrel sharp cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1-1/2 cups plain flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese.
    Add salt, pepper, flour and nuts. Roll into 6 rolls wrapped in wax paper.
    Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
    When ready to bake, slice into wafers.
    Cook on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees until lightly brown.
