Corn Dodgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Mix all dry ingredients, then add egg and milk.
Drop by teaspoon into very hot, deep cooking oil.
When Dodgers rise to top and are browned to suit you, they are done.
