Mock Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. sugar or 5 to 6 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. rum extract (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk, egg substitute, sugar/substitute and extracts in blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Stir before serving.
    Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
    Makes two 8 ounce servings.
