Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans green beans, drained (1 French-style and 1 cut)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can Durkee fried onions
    6 slices cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
Preparation
    Combine beans, soup and seasonings and 1/2 of onions.
    Mix well.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in casserole dish; top with cheese and then pour remainder of bean mixture on top of cheese.
    Sprinkle top with other 1/2 of onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 20 to 25 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
