Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. oats
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream sugars and shortening.
Add eggs and water. Beat until mixed.
Add flour and remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 325\u00b0.
