Pineapple Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pineapple
    1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Cut crown from pineapple about 2 inches down from top.
    Remove core and hollow out fruit with a sharp knife.
    Soften cheese with cream cheese.
    Fold in chopped pineapple; return to shell and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
