Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-large head cabbage
    1/2 lb. chopped pork
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    ham bone with meat
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 large can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Steam cabbage until leaves are loose.
    Remove leaves.
    Cut off hard veins on large leaves so they will roll easily.
