Squaw Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions
    1 small green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 qt. V-8 or tomato juice
    3 cans corn, drained
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour (to thicken)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onions and green pepper; drain.
    Cut tomatoes and add.
    Add all ingredients but flour.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, then simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add flour to thicken. This is a meal in itself, very filling.
