Rhubarb Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Cook the rhubarb, sugar and 1/4 cup water until tender.
    Add the jello and 1/2 cup cold water.
    Cool until thickened.
    Whip the cream or some type of whipped topping.
    Mix into rhubarb.
    Chill until serving time.
