Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift the first 6 ingredients together.
Stir in raisins and combine egg, milk, pumpkin and melted butter.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Sprinkle with 2 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
Freezes well.
