Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
4 eggs
4 slices bread, soaked in milk and wrung out
1 c. minced onions, sauteed in 4 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine and shape into 2-inch balls. Saute in 6 tablespoons butter until done. Drain, cool and freeze.
Makes 75 to 80 meatballs.
