Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake fresh yeast
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Mix shortening, sugar, salt and 1 cup flour.
    Add remaining flour and yeast mixture.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Pinch dough into small balls and place 3 balls in each greased muffin hole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
