Miss Betty'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. grated Colby cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    The last 20 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
