Cube Steak With Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 cube steaks
flour (dusting)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 c. water
salt
pepper
1 can milk
oil
Preparation

Dust both sides of cube steaks with flour.
Place them in a skillet of hot oil.
Salt and pepper steaks.
Brown on each side. Pour off grease; add water and mushrooms.
Lower heat, cover and simmer until water has cooked down.
Then add soup and milk. Cover and cook on low for another 30 to 45 minutes until done. Good with buttered noodles.
