The Best Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick softened margarine
    1 stick softened butter
    1/2 c. solid Crisco (do not use liquid)
    3 c. granulated sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream margarine, butter and Crisco.
    Add sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Add lemon and vanilla extracts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then decrease temperature to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tester is clean. Makes 16 servings.
