Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
minced onion (generous amount)
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. melted margarine
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
