Mom'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. half and half milk or Carnation
    9-inch deep crust
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks.
    Add rhubarb.
    Combine sugar, flour and butter.
    Add milk; add to rhubarb and stir.
    Beat egg whites until almost stiff.
    Fold into other mixture.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until golden.
