Meat Balls In Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
    1 1/4 c. regular strength chicken broth
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. each soy sauce and catsup
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. thinly sliced green onion
    3 green peppers, seeded and cut into 1-inch sq.
Preparation
    Combine pineapple syrup with chicken broth, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, catsup and cornstarch.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add meat balls, onion and green peppers all to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
