Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small onion, grated
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 can onion rings
Preparation

Put all but onion rings into large bowl and beat on high until light and fluffy.
Spoon into greased baking pan.
Cover with onion rings.
Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
