Manicotti Dough And Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, room temperature
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan for top
Preparation
    Beat ingredients for dough until smooth.
    Let stand 1/2 hour or longer.
    Heat 8-inch Teflon skillet, pour in 3 tablespoons of batter, turn pan to cover bottom and fry until done (do not turn over).
    Cool on wire rack, stack cooked cakes between wax paper. Refrigerate overnight.
