Black And White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter or substitute
    1 1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, cocoa and cream.
    Boil to soft ball stage (234\u00b0 to 238\u00b0).
    Cool to room temperature.
    Add butter or butter substitute and flavoring.
    Beat until creamy.
    Pour into well buttered pan.
