Miriam'S Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
3 c. milk (1 tall Carnation and regular)
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. grated onion
1 deep-dish pie crust
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook sausage until brown, then drain.
Bake crust at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Punch holes in it.
Place sausage in crust.
Add grated cheese and onion.
Beat eggs, salt, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0
for 15 minutes and
at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
