Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini, peeled and cored
    6 c. sugar
    1 large (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 small pkg. of apricot jello
Preparation
    Cook grated zucchini and 6 cups sugar.
    Boil 6 minutes, add crushed pineapple and boil 6 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and add 2 small packages apricot jello.
    Stir well.
    Bottle.
    Makes 5 pints.
