Rice-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chicken noodle mix
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 lb. hot bulk sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
1 lb. mild bulk sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
5 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
5 ribs celery, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
slivered almonds and buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute vegetables.
Prepare soup, using 1/2 water called for in package directions.
Add soup, rice and sausage to vegetables and simmer a few minutes.
Place in casserole dish and top with almonds and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Freezes beautifully.
