Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. canned milk
Preparation

To slightly beaten eggs, add sugar, flour, salt and spices. Stir thoroughly.
Add pumpkin and stir again.
Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes longer, or until a silver knife comes out clean when inserted in filling.
