Raspberry Glazed Chicken(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter-flavored cooking spray
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. raspberry spread (such as Polaner All-Fruit), divided
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken. Broil chicken for 7 minutes. Turn chicken; baste with 2 tablespoons raspberry spread and broil 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Combine 2 tablespoons raspberry spread and 1 teaspoon water in a 1-cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds; spoon mixture evenly over chicken.
