Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shortening
3 eggs
3 c. oatmeal
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add flavorings and eggs.
Beat well.
Add oats, flour, soda and salt.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet and bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
