Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. relish or mangos
1 bottle chili sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger slowly in large skillet.
In another pan, cook onions, mangos or celery until tender.
Drain fat off hamburger and add onion mixture.
Add salt, pepper and chili sauce.
Rinse bottle with water and add to mixture.
Add rest of ingredients and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
If mixture is too thick, add ketchup; or water.
