Strawberry Fluff Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. prepared Dream Whip topping
2 c. strawberries (fresh or sweet frozen)
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Preparation

Combine pudding mix, gelatin, water and lemon juice in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Pour into a bowl and chill until thick.
Fold in prepared whip topping, blend well.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour in pie shell and chill 1 to 2 hours.
Garnish with topping and strawberries if you like.
