Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    Stokely's (No. 303) 16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and mix all ingredients in large bowl.
