Honey Coated Ham And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ham, cubed
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop up the first 6 ingredients.
    Mix them all together in a large bowl.
    Add the pepper and Italian seasoning.
    Pour the oil and honey over the mixture.
    Use a spoon to mix/blend all the ingredients.
    Spread the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
